Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Work with and take the lead from the Tournament Director and the Vice President Strategic Partnerships to successfully deliver all aspects of the contracted sponsorship activation for several sponsorship accounts.
• Gain an understanding of the sponsor's brand and their objectives for sponsorship activation from a central and local perspective.
• Build trust and grow relationships with sponsor to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Be the central point of contact for event teams throughout the sponsorship.
• Set up meetings and maintaining regular contact with client and event teams as necessary.
• Collect relevant post-event information to prepare event report for sponsor post event.
• Research potential new partners, supporting the sales lead.
• Liaising closely with our client, on partner tracking and updates.
• Building out presentations with the creative team for delivery to prospective clients.
• Drafting agreements for new partners and liaising with legal teams.
• Ensuring payments are made on time, and invoices are issued.
• Supporting IMG centrally, with company administration relating to the Saudi operations.
• Other duties that are within the scope of the role that may be required
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc.
• Regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the golf portfolio, including the PIF Saudi International powered by SBIA
• Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
Key Results Areas
• Over-delivery of the current sponsorship contracts
• Successful execution of sponsorship deliverables in all markets
• Upselling and/or offering additional opportunities to the sponsor where relevant
• Identifying appropriate opportunities for brand collaborations and value-adds
• Support the Event Director and Senior Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to promote extension/expansion of existing deals e.g. case studies, delivery reports and growth proposals.
• Positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders and team members

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge and Experience
• Good knowledge of the events industry, preferably in Golf
• A strong track record of delivering complex sponsorship activations to a high standard
• Knowledge of PR, brand marketing and social media from a sponsorship delivery point of view
• Experience of event management and/or brand activation at licensed events
• Experience of working with multiple concurrent events internationally
Skills & Abilities (Personal and Professional)
• Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (essential)
• Ability to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision
• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• An ability to be confident at dealing with clients of all levels, able to modify approach and tone appropriately
• Media and Commercial awareness

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
