Job Description
Maintain organization of all revenue producing departments, planning and executing a variety of projects and tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for planning on-site and game night hospitality events for potential and current customers, working directly with management of each respective department and arena operations to meet objectives of each event.
• Assist in administrative tasks, usage reports and updating of SalesForce on a daily and weekly basis.
• Responsible for assisting sales and service departments with reports and maintaining accounts in the Ticketing System (AXS).
• Work with other departments in maintaining high levels of communication for cross departmental events and initiatives
• Responsible for the overall organization of the office environment including storage space, common areas, ordering of office supplies, flyers, mailings, etc.
• Interview, hire and manage Ticket Sales & Services Intern
• Coordinate, track, and code budget spending and invoices.
• Work with President of Business Operations and the Tickets & Suites Management Team on special projects and assignments as needed.
• Plan and coordinate agenda for departmental meetings, recording minutes/notes to distribute as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent computer skills to include a high proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer scheduling programs.
• Prior experience with ticketing system, a plus.
• Prior experience in event planning or event management, a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with pleasant phone etiquette.
• Must be extremely flexible with the ability to handle fast paced environment with short deadlines.
• Must be available to work extended hours and game nights.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee is regularly required to move about the building, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
• The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
• The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed in light of the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
