Your Impact:

Shop Bazaar is looking for an editorial content assistant to support the editorial team with day-to-day content creation and copywriting across digital channels. This position will report into the senior content & social media manager. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most passionate and creative team members in the entire industry. Shop Bazaar is a unique hybrid of content and commerce. Leveraging 153 years of Harper's BAZAAR editorial authority, our team works closely with boutique marketplace retail partners and 20+ affiliate partners to bring consumers the very best products every season. The ideal candidate will be creative, reliable, nimble, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment who has a deep love of fashion, luxury and shopping.

What You'll Do:
• Support copywriting content with the senior content & social media manager for digital Shop Bazaar channels, including website, email, social, and digital marketing.
• Support execution of brand marketing calendar, writing copy as needed to bring content and campaigns to life.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ideate creative concepts across social channels and platforms.
• Support management of organic social media content and schedule, writing social captions and copy.
• Partner with the e-commerce team to execute white glove clienteling to customer feedback on social channels.
• Work on projects from conception to post-production, making sure Shop Bazaar programs meet brand standards and timelines.
• Support the editorial team in larger projects on an as-needed basis.

Who You Are:
• You have a bachelor's degree and strong internship experience in content creation and social media.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have the ability to write in the Shop Bazaar tone and voice, and to adjust for channel-specific audiences.
• You have a flexible, approachable attitude with creative problem-solving skills and take a collaborative approach to challenges.
• You are a proven multi-tasker with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and to accommodate rapid changes.
• You are a thoughtful problem-solver, ready to suggest innovative and creative solutions.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are passionate about fashion and beauty trends and how people engage with them online.
