Digital Billing Associate

Job Description

HTV Charlotte is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital AR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital billing, impression delivery, and processing large quantities of data with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires a proactive, efficient, and intuitive individual who excels in a detail-oriented environment. This role reports to the Central Business Operations Director.

Responsibilities
• Assist team with digital invoice generation, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and work with clients or internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of impression delivery metrics.
• Liaise with the ad operations team to ensure proper delivery of digital advertisements.
• Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data related to billing and impression delivery.
• Generate regular reports to track billing and impression delivery performance.
• Provide insights and analysis on trends and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing queries and issues.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in digital billing, AR, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to process and manage large quantities of data efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work in the office, Charlotte, NC
