• Work with editorial teams to lead the commerce content strategy across the Fashion and Luxury Brand.
• Communicate effectively and host strategic meetings across teams as well as report key findings to Executive Leadership.

• Track performance of commerce content and partnerships; share feedback with editors and monitor gains and losses.
• Develop, test, and track new content strategies and share learnings with other teams across the org.
• Research & recommend new affiliate partnerships and categories best suited for the Fashion and Luxury brands.
• Have a deep understanding of our existing commerce partnerships, tools, and offerings; communicate these to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including audience, business development, editorial, product, marketing, and more to develop new projects and vet opportunities.

• A strong communicator with a track record of explaining complex topics in simple terms to internal and external teams.
• Experienced in analyzing data, interpreting results, and building digestible reports in Excel, Google Slides, and other BI tools.
