We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the International Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to help deliver global and local social impact programs and partnerships around the world.

Working in collaboration with US CSR colleagues, primary focus areas will include: social impact campaigns, non-profit partnerships, environmental sustainability and disaster response.

The Daily
• Social impact campaigns and content: support delivery of global and region-specific campaigns around key issues and cultural moments (mental health, Pride, Earth Month etc.); help scale WarnerMedia's Public Service Announcement program outside the U.S; develop resources for relevant theatrical and HBO Max releases; and develop content for IN FRAME, CSR's quarterly social impact series (manage editorial calendar, identify topics and speakers, develop issue briefs etc.).
• Environmental sustainability: partner with global CSR colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners to help deliver our environmental commitments worldwide and integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business.
• Disaster relief: lead WarnerMedia's disaster response efforts outside the US: Evaluate crises and develop response plan in partnership with local stakeholders (HR, Comms, External Affairs etc.), activate existing and new global disaster relief partners, develop internal communications, create employee giving & volunteer campaigns, facilitate contributions, monitor evolving issues, and report impact.
• Global CSR Leadership Councils: manage network of employee CSR Councils to help deliver scale and local relevance to all our CSR efforts. Partner with country/regional groups to gather feedback on major social impact campaigns, help CSR Councils identify and build local non-profit partnerships, and share global CSR initiatives to encourage local engagement and promotion.
• CSR comms: Work with WarnerMedia corporate communications team to provide written materials and information about CSR programs and initiatives to support internal and external communications, including social media.
• Partnerships: Identify, build and manage international issue & identity-focused partnerships.

The Essentials
• 5-7 years relevant CSR experience
• A keen interest in international current affairs
• Conversant in corporate responsibility and social issues and best practices, including in areas of philanthropy, environmental sustainability, community affairs and volunteerism.
• Ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities, with flexibility to meet evolving business priorities.

The Nice-to-Haves
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in CSR, communications, non-profit management or related fields
• Familiarity with the international non-profit community specific to media and entertainment, including knowledge of key organizations and issues, preferred.
• Experience working and interacting across departments and with all levels of executives, including senior management and non-profit partners.
