Assistant, Digital Content (Part-Time)
About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for a hard-working Assistant with enthusiasm and a passion for sports and entertainment. In this role, you will create content and build landing pages for warriors.com, valkyries.com, chasecenter.com and our mobile app. Additionally, you will create, edit and add to webpages in support of organizational initiatives across multiple brands.

This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Create content and update the website and app on game nights for the Warriors and Valkyries
• Support web and app initiatives for upcoming events, concerts, ticket sales, corporate partnership activations and more
• Collaborate openly and proactively across all organizational departments
• Build and maintain webpages for warriors.com, valkyries.com, chasecenter.com and Warriors/Chase Center mobile app, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date
• Distribute content across digital channels as needed
• Monitor and aim to implement industry-shared best practices across digital platforms
• Perform ad hoc copywriting tasks
• Conduct QA reviews for the site and mobile app
• Demonstrate empathy with our fans and visitors, making their experience a priority
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in digital media
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems
• Firm understanding of current digital strategy, digital content analytical metrics
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS coding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with photo editing software (Photoshop) and copywriting fundamentals
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build positive working relationships with team members
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
• Understanding for the game of basketball and entertainment events including colloquial vernacular
Compensation
• $20.00 per hour
