Underpinning all this is a long tradition of research, technology and development - from engineering our bespoke software solutions to gaining early access to bleeding-edge technology and forging vibrant partnerships with leading academic and scientific institutions.

Who We Are

Framestore combines talent and technology to bring life to everything we create, whether in film, TV, advertising or immersive experiences. Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.

The Role

Join our Systems Support Team as a Systems Support Assistant! Positioned at the heart of our Level 1 Systems team, you'll be our go-to person for all system-related queries and issues. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their career who has a deep passion for technology and a knack for solving problems.

Based primarily in our London office, this hands-on role is your chance to jumpstart your career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

As a Systems Support Assistant, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our technology running smoothly:
• You're the first point of contact for all tech incidents and requests, managing them through our JIRA service desk.
• From configuring workstations (both hardware and software) to diagnosing and replacing hardware components, your technical skills will be put to good use.
• Monitor our systems, manage assets and loan equipment, and provide onsite AV support for meetings and events. You'll also be responsible for the production and updating of documentation using Confluence.

We're looking for a tech enthusiast, someone with a genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to learn. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a flexible and proactive approach to your work, as well as someone with a strong ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

If you're ready to tackle challenges, work in a collaborative team, and develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.
• Strong experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong self-guided problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair.
• Basic scripting language (PowerShell, bash, python).
• A commitment to teamwork.
• Proven ability to adapt and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Experience
• OS (Redhat-based, Windows and OSX) and application support and deployment.
• Active Directory management.
• Configuration Management (Puppet, Ansible).
• Windows Systems administration and deployment (WDS, SCCM/MDT, WSUS).
• Networking (Layer1, Layer2).
• VOIP Knowledge (PBX, SIP).
