JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox News is looking for a Fashion Department Assistant Stylist to join our New York team!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting fashion director in picking wardrobe for ''on-air'' talent
• Setting up market appointments and maintaining a schedule to see new collections
• Accompanying fashion director to market appointments
• Interfacing with clothing manufacturers
• Assist in providing talent who have special needs, and special assignment wardrobe for hurricanes, fires, war zones, and special physical needs (maternity)
• Assist with ''talent'' promotional shoots
• Assist in setting up and breaking down hundreds of articles of clothing at our trunk shows 4 times per year
• Maintaining talent wardrobe: steaming, ironing, arranging for tailoring - which also must be entered into our database to assuring timely results and billing
• Unpacking boxes of clothing sent by vendors and checking merchandise for accuracy of sizes and colors
• Service all ''out of town'' talent by verifying purchase orders and re-sending their incoming clothing via UPS
• Distributing clothing to in house and out of town talent
• Coordinating billing and purchase orders as well as logging all merchandise received for over 180 on-air talent
