JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Corporation is currently recruiting a Coordinator, Risk Management to support the department and Company with the varying risks and insurance programs as well as interface with both the internal and external risk partners. This position reports to the Vice President, Risk Management.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Issue certificates of insurance in compliance with contractual wording and the Company's insurance policies
• Review, data enter, and track incoming certificates of insurance for comparison against contractual wording and the Company's insurance requirements
• Maintain various approved vendor lists to ensure compliance against the Company's requirements
• Work with productions on their insurance and risk management related needs
• Collect select Company exposure data for insurance policy renewals as needed
• Maintain various spreadsheet logs and systems for claims, production, policies, aircraft and watercraft usage
• Collaborate with all departments within the Company as well as insurance brokers
• Data enter incidents and claims in risk management software
• Review, data enter, and submit insurance invoices for payment
• Assist department with special projects and reports
• Arrange meetings and conference calls
• Order office supplies, process mail, and manage department shared email address
• Administrative support, including but not limited to telephones, filing, and data entry

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree
• Up to 3 years' related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Strong information technology skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all communications
• Strong customer service ethics and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance or Legal experience
• Risk Management minor/major degree
• CISR, CIC, ARM, CRM or other similar industry designation
