JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an experienced assistant to support the EVP of Studio Content Operations (SCO). We are a central organization that is positioned at the intersection of creativity and technology, bringing the brightest minds from different functions to solve business needs across FOX's 'pitch-to-play' ecosystem. We are looking for an Assistant, Studio Content Operations who is self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, positive, and able to pivot when necessary. Much like the teams you will support, this is a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone proactive and solution-oriented with a mind towards helping the success of the team and thinking about the needs of the organization. We are looking for someone who is excited about production technology and operations.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactive management of the calendar for the EVP, including scheduling internal and external meetings using Outlook and Zoom
• Keep the executive up to date on changes and remind them prior to start
• Book, manage, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and offsites
• Arrange travel, prepare and track expense reports, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Create presentations and documents using Google Suite
• Create and distribute correspondence, order supplies, process invoices
• Sit in on meetings and take notes
• Assist with team projects and events as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably in entertainment or technology
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, charts, and Outlook
• Strong communication and writing skills, including a professional telephone manner and the ability to appropriately prioritize multiple, important calls
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and balance multiple projects
• Professional presence, good judgment, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues discreetly
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Calm under pressure, able to meet short deadlines
• Proactive in anticipating and coordinating executives' needs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $24.25-26.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $20.00-21.50 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
