Role Description
Specifically, but not exclusively, the role is providing support to the Promoters for Wireless festivals and touring shows.
What the role includes
• General office administration
• Managing artist confirmations and contracting within strict timelines
• Office support to Promoters
• Raising purchase orders on the Salesforce system
• Maintaining relationships through regular communication with major talent agencies
• Coordination between the Promoters and Marketing, Production and Accounts teams
• Acting as a point person in terms of coordinating event announcements
• Delivery of timeline management
• Research and reporting
• Managing artists work permits
• Attending shows and giving feedback to the Promoters

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• A passion for live music
• Must have relevant experience of the music business
• Must have experience working with events has an ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with new people/contacts
• Must be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Deal with sensitive information with complete discretion
• A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and implement measures to improve procedures and workflow
• Flexibility and the ability to keep pace in a pressurised environment are essential
• The role has extensive telephone and email liaison and so the successful candidate will need to be confident, friendly and professional
• Strong IT skills and ability
• A willingness to work hard as part of a team to achieve good results
