What You'll Do

As part of the marketing team on the Epic Games Store, and reporting into the Senior Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager will help build and execute specialized go-to-market plans for 3rd party products; matching product beats with store marketing channels. The role will specialize in relationship management of designated accounts and play a crucial role in project managing the associated beats of each new product in their queue. Your role will include coordinating with publishers to become an expert in your products commercial performance, collect asset information and schedule beats in various tracking tools. The role will be required to adapt messaging to meet marketing beat objectives and be an expert in go-to-market plans from your accounts.

In this role, you will
• Build and grow marketing relationships with Epic Games Store's publishing partners by developing go-to-market plans, negotiating strategic offers, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Manage product life cycles (from announcement to post-launch) and optimize product beats by leveraging the Epic Games Store owned marketing channels where appropriate
• Plan and schedule marketing campaigns by coordinating closely with marketing functions (merchandising, social, PLM, blog) to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate promotional activities with publishers and identify opportunities to run discounts or sales campaigns by collaborating with the promotions team
• Ensure timely execution of marketing channel launches by overseeing copywriting, collecting and coordinating marketing assets with publishers, creating internal JIRA/Asana tickets to track key product beats, and managing release schedules.
• Collaborate with various Epic departments (Biz-Dev, Store Ops, Ecom, Legal etc) to create synergies and align business strategies.
• - Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and broader publishing events on player acquisition, engagement, and business KPIs. Monitor product performance, optimize campaigns based on key metrics, and provide feedback to external accounts. Lead the sharing of best practices and post-mortem analyses.

What we're looking for
• 5-7 years in a marketing, account management or digital retail business in the video game industry
• Possess a strong understanding of the PC/Mobile game ecosystem and industry trends
• Excellent partner management skills, preferably experience working with video game publishers and/or editors
• Proven track record in creating, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with external partners and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing KPIs, as well as using Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across international teams and understand different departmental objectives.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently problem-solve in a fast-paced & results-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
