What You'll Do
We live at the intersection of culture and entertainment, where creativity isn't encouraged - it's essential. You will lead and inspire a team of creatives, driving the strategic vision for marketing and brand initiatives. Your leadership will ensure creative excellence, alignment with marketing strategies, and the consistent delivery of compelling campaigns.
In this role, you will
• Lead, and develop a team of Creative Directors and Brand Strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and strategic creativity
• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling creative vision that aligns with the brand strategy, marketing objectives, and the evolving trends in gaming, music, and entertainment
• Work closely with our development partners to connect the core promise of our experiences with player and culturally relevant campaigns
• Drive the strategic integration of brand strategy into creative execution, ensuring that marketing campaigns not only capture attention but also contribute to long-term brand equity, player/fan loyalty, and business growth
• Present creative strategies and concepts with confidence and expertise to senior leadership and key stakeholders
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in developing and launching successful creative marketing campaigns with a strong brand focus, particularly within the top entertainment, gaming, or related industries
• A strong record of leading creative teams, driving innovation and strategic thinking in both agency and in-house
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative and brand concepts to senior leadership
• Strategic and innovative thinking, translating marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies that build brand equity and drive engagement
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams - ability to unify everyone around a common creative goal
• A deep understanding of brand building principles and the ability to leverage cultural insights to create resonant campaigns
• A portfolio showcasing strategically driven, creatively brilliant, and culturally impactful marketing campaigns with measurable results
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$209,344 — $307,038 USD
California Base Pay Range
$209,344 — $307,038 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$190,313 — $279,125 USD
