What You'll Do

As the Lead Privacy Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects to drive implementation of the privacy program.

In this role, you will
• Structure and lead complex cross-functional privacy compliance initiatives
• Communicate privacy and compliance strategies
• Provide visibility into privacy risks and manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships
• Drive timelines and deliverables to support privacy compliance requirements
• Identify, track and report on metrics (KPIs, KRIs)

What we're looking for
• 7+ years' of experience in program management
• 3+ years' experience in privacy and/or compliance
• Experience with privacy impact assessments, risk assessments, and/or issues management is a plus
• A hard worker who is comfortable operating in a complex and dynamic environment; this person will be energized by big challenges and working with excellent people
• Someone who is passionate about doing the right thing
