What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to handle fraud escalations and monitor fraud trends within Epic's ecosystem. The candidate preferably has prior experience in fraud and payments support with a strong aptitude for data analysis. Interest and prior experience in fraud and ecommerce is desirable. In this role, you will
• Process fraud alerts using both external and internal tools
• Investigate, document, and escalate fraud incidents and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and other team members to improve fraud detection and prevention
• Identify fraud trends and potential fraud vectors across payments and other systems within Epic's ecosystem
What we're looking for
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior operations experience working in Fraud, Payments, Customer Support, or other security or support related fields
• Experience with online ecommerce and transaction lifecycles
• Effective communication skills
• Must work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
