We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

Epic is looking for a Senior Creator Success Manager to connect creators with best practices, insights, and programs to accelerate their success within Fortnite. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Creator in UEFN or Fortnite Creative and a passion for connecting with people and helping them grow through strong professional relationships.

In this role, you will
• Shape and execute the vision for supporting our most engaged creators on the platform
• Advocate for creator needs with internal teams by becoming an expert in creator experience on the platform
• Directly manage a subset of strategic accounts
• Collaborate with the Creator Relations and Product teams to leverage creator feedback to inform Fortnite Creative and UEFN Roadmaps
• Adopt and develop new operational processes; Document and communicate best practices
• Get hands-on with creators and teams to solve problems, design solutions, and understand bugs

What we're looking for
• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, hospitality, or other disciplines with strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driven to do the right thing, can prioritize, and take calculated risks to create maximum impact.
• You're user-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do
• Passion for gaming and the gaming community
• Previously published creator in any video game ecosystem (bonus points if its Fortnite Creative)

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range

$146,391 — $214,707 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$133,083 — $195,188 USD
