The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking a Account Executive to join the Experiential Team in the New York. The Senior Account Executive will play an integral support role in planning and executing activations in and around the entertainment and sports space, specifically NFL, college Sports, and professional soccer, with some work around purpose driven marketing.
• Work hand-in-hand with Account team to support management, planning, coordination, and execution of activation plan
• Interact daily with client, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to support client activation initiatives
• Develop a trusted relationship with the creative, social, partnership, strategy, and production teams
• Participate in the ideation, development, and implementation of activation plan against the established criteria
• Develop presentations and client materials to support activation strategy and implementation
• Support the internal team by managing meetings, client deliverables, timelines, etc.
• Provide general insight and expertise on experiential and entertainment landscape
• Assist in the management of success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and program recaps
• Assist in activation related administrational and budget/accounting matters, including payments to vendors
• Weekday and weekend travel for meetings and events

You Have These:
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3-5 years of agency or client-based experiential marketing and account management (entertainment/music activation is a plus)
• Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and flexible team player with proactive approach to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
• Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
• Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
• A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$66,625 annually
