The Partnership between SPL, SAFF, and IMG:
The Saudi Pro League (SPL) and Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) have announced a new five-year production partnership with IMG, a global sports, events, and representation company, for the Roshn Saudi League (RSL), King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup, starting from the 2024-25 season.
The 2024-25 season broadcast of the RSL, King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup will feature more dynamic storytelling and captivating content that highlights the excitement of the matches and celebrates the rich culture and passion that drive the sport.
IMG will also help SPL and SAFF to implement advanced remote production technologies, allowing leading producers to oversee matches across multiple cities on the same day, ensuring that the highest production standards are maintained regardless of location.
What You'll Do:
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the Saudi Pro League Production Team.
You'll manage diaries, travel, meeting agendas, and expenses while assisting Production Coordinators and Managers with hiring freelance crews, creating call sheets, and using IMG scheduling software. You'll handle music cue sheets, post-production paperwork and logistics such as booking travel, hotels, and catering. Additionally, you'll support crews with visas, cost management, and applying TV terminology for Live Broadcast Football.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract dependent on local employment regulations based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Provide key administrative and general support to the Head of Production and Saudi Pro League team - duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, processing expenses etc.
• You will also work closely with Production Coordinators and Managers who are responsible for hiring freelance crews. You will assist with creating Call Sheets, using IMG scheduling software and learn about our key Health and Safety standards.
• Responsible for creating music cue sheets and any post-production paperwork. (Training will be provided)
• Responsible for organising, and booking hotels, travel, meeting rooms with relevant IT/AV support, catering etc for meetings.
• Support crews with visa applications, record keeping, cost/budget management and ideally have a good sense of TV terminology for Live Broadcast Football production.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Organisational skills that enable the individual to prioritise a varied workload. Priorities will often change to dictate focus of work – the candidate must have the ability to handle competing demands and last-minute changes effectively.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to demonstrate excellent research ability and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• A flexible approach to rapidly changing circumstances and demanding working patterns
• Passion for sports and entertainment production with excellent interpersonal and client handling skills
• Practical knowledge of social media beneficial
