Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

What You'll Do:

FREE TRIP TO NEW YORK!!! Well not exactly. But you will be heavily involved in the Ryder Cup when it takes place there next September. And in the meantime, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our pre-event content portfolio.

IMG's dedicated Ryder Cup Production Team was formed in 2023 to service the needs of our client Ryder Cup Europe and their partners at the PGA of America.

We produce a diverse range of high-end cross-platform content – News, Promo, Documentary, Original, Branded Content – and demand is growing.

We are therefore seeking a talented Producer who's honed their skills within a leading brand, agency, or production company. Someone with a track record of stellar work across a diverse range of platforms who can lead our Branded Content team through the build-up to, and on-site at, the 2025 Ryder Cup in New York.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting on 2nd December 2024, based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Oversee Ryder Cup branded content production
• Plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of projects, overseeing all editorial elements to ensure deliverables are as per the agreed creative
• Work with the Production Management team to organise shoots in the UK and internationally
• Manage production staff and freelancers to maximise efficiencies across various projects
• Be a reliable point of contact, clearly communicating with the Senior Producer and client (Ryder Cup Europe, PGA of America) on all aspects of the production
• Represent the Ryder Cup production team in internal and external meetings
• Ensure all output is of a high standard, so that Ryder Cup Productions maintains its reputation as an industry leader in content
• Meet problems with solutions and work hard to reach positive outcomes at all times
• You will be a creative force, pressing for innovation at all times
• Attending location shoots, including international travel
• Irregular hours dictated by multiple (possibly weekly) calls with US clients
• Occasional weekend work and unsocial hours, as and when dictated by demanding production

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Proven production experience – you've honed your skills within a leading brand, agency, or production company
• Track record of producing stellar work – you come with an exciting portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your role across a diverse range of multi-platform work
• Background in playing a lead role in production – you're well versed leading on medium/large scale campaigns and projects
• Skills and experience to build creative pitch/presentation documents in consistent style and tone
• Excellent understanding of production budgeting – managing and tracking associated costs
• Experience leading large crews on set and on location
• Experience of production processes - you're able to take responsibility for release forms, licensing, risk assessment, managing contributors and delivery formats
• Knowledge of post-production workflows, production paperwork, archive and music clearance
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills – you expertly keep projects running on schedule and to budget, while comfortably managing expectations
