Contracts Associate

Job Description

Position Summary

In this role, you'll support the Endeavor Analytics department by managing vendor relationships, maintaining internal reporting, and working on process improvement. The Contracts Associate will work closely with our legal department on contract management and will also assist with day-to-day administrative duties relating to invoicing, document organization, scheduling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Ownership and management of the department's vendor contracting process including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DSAs.
• Partner with the legal teams to steer agreements through the legal process from beginning to end.
• Work with the Cyber Security team to ensure vendors are vetted and risks mitigated.
• Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time.
• Manage internal vendor invoice process.
• Plan and distribute agendas for department all-hands meetings.
• Record minutes during department meetings.
• Reconcile CRM data with other departments

Knowledge and Experience
• Experience reviewing and negotiating the business terms of contracts
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• 3+ years working in an office environment preferred
