Position Summary:
IMG Fashion Events & Properties is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Programming Coordinator to join its team in a unique hybrid position, supporting both the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for brand partners as well as Brand Marketing & Programming initiatives across New York Fashion Week, MADE and other major fashion events globally.
Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing & Programming
• Contribute to ideation and development of Programming initiatives as needed, and update presentation materials and proposals using InDesign or Keynote
• Coordinate Talent bookings including contracts, call sheets, invoicing and other related logistics
• Coordinate booking and production of marketing materials such as out of home advertising for owned brand platforms and partner brands
• Coordinate special events and projects such as panel talks, press dinners, cocktail parties, exhibitions - tasks to include light event production and logistics, working collaboratively with colleagues in Production and Brand Marketing/Programming teams
• Liaise with video, photography and other on-site vendors to support the needs of the business
Partner Marketing
• Assist Partner Marketing team with proposals, presentations and creative needs as needed
• Work with the art department to create templates and maintain a library of marketing decks and related materials
• Support the Partner Marketing team to execute brand partner activations by creating detailed timelines, budgets, and recap reports for partners
• Support the execution of partner activations on-site, with a hand-on approach to production and client service
Administrative
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, and manage calendar and travel management for IMG Fashion executive(s)
• Monthly management of Marketing & Programming expenses for the department
• Coordinate production logistics and process for the department, including upkeep of various databases, performance metrics matrixes and reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum one-two years of experience in a support role and/or relevant experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required
• Basic understanding of Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe, etc.) advantageous
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to manage and develop ongoing internal and external relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills - candidate must be proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal skills – works well in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level problem solving – able to make timely decisions that support the mutual interests of clients and the business
