The Goal
As Commercial Legal Counsel you will focus on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts to support the Company's digital and retail products and services, including new business, ongoing relationships and renewals.
Based on other needs of the business, you will manage or assist with one or more additional legal function(s) such as corporate governance and privacy.
The Player
What you'll bring
• 7-10 years PQE.
• Admitted to practice law in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction.
• Experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing and advising on software, SaaS/cloud, supplier, licensing, professional services and support agreements.
• Experience in IP matters.
Nice to Haves
• In-house experience (including via secondment from private practice).
• Betting and gaming industry experience.
• Experience dealing with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
• Can provide advice on cross-border data transfers and privacy issues.
• Experience responding to public tenders/requests for information.
• Finding solutions to minor contractual disputes.

• Is practical, business-oriented approach to providing advice to internal clients on all commercial matters and the ability to analyse complex situations and develop simple, concise, and effective legal solutions

• Has the ability to manage priorities, work autonomously and be proactive
