Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Produce, shoot and edit original videos both independently and in collaboration with Creative Team for both internal and branded campaigns
• Ability to tell a visual story from sourced footage
• Ability to utilize the full Adobe Suite
• Prepare and edit footage (screencap/live action/ multi-camera/ B-roll/ 4k) of varying complexities with integrated overlays, graphics, and music as applicable optimizing for the audience experience
• Maintain video post-production schedule and monitor progress of tasks over multiple projects to ensuring deadlines are met
• Learn and grow as a cinematographer, demonstrating an understanding for lighting and shot composition for both long-form and short-form programming.
• Field-produce and shoot social content on location with internal and external groups.
• Ideate, research and pitch content/story ideas content initiatives as needed, including text based videos, lives, cut downs, or promotional sizzles
• Assess and resolve technical and creative issues methodically
• Mentor team of post production interns
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

Knowledge and Experience
• 5 years experience in a production / post environment
• Demonstrated shooting and editing experience that displays an ability to tell great stories on social platforms
• Highly creative and organized individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work untraditional hours including nights or weekends if needed
• Ability to travel to on-location shoots

Skills and Abilities
• Familiar with various forms of footage and filming - screencap/live action/ multi-camera/ B-roll/ 4k
• Understanding and comfort with the full adobe suite
