The Goal
OpenBet is seeking a HR Advisor to join our team in Singapore supporting all APAC locations. This role will be leading the brilliant execution of our People initiatives to drive employee engagement, support manager & employee growth and ensure compliance with local requirements.

You will provide dedicated HR support for OpenBet, being responsible for overseeing all people issues, advising on employee relations issues, company policy and practice including performance management, grievance and disciplinary, absence management etc.

The Player

What you'll bring
• Experience within an HR advisor role
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment within a global organization
• Sound knowledge and understanding of key employment legislation of Singapore and Australia
• Experience and familiarity with HR systems
• Client focused and flexible in their approach - should be able to respond and adapt to change
• Willing to be flexible with working hours to accommodate some overlap with European time zones
• Able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining appropriate service levels - prioritise workload and developing and maintaining systems
• Must have excellent English skills both verbal and written
