Job Description

The Director, Marketing & Brand Activation will work across categories developing and executing 360° marketing programs for sponsors to integrate into various IMG Fashion events and properties including New York Fashion Week and Global Fashion Weeks. The role will also be responsible for ideation and proposal writing for priority targets, integrating digital, social, content and live activation as well as execution of the programs that have been sold in.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with sales and integrated marketing colleagues to create cross-platform marketing programs that support sponsorship sales initiatives and meet client KPIs
• Collaborate across divisions including digital, talent, designer divisions content producers to develop innovative ideas and marketing programs that support sponsor programs.
• Write strategic and compelling sales proposals
• Attend client sales meetings and pitch creative/strategic ideas
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the development and execution of programs
• Manage the day-to-day work flow, planning, timelines, costs to ensure that all project needs are met on time and within budget
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors in the execution and implementation of brand activations including social media, ad products and marketing/digital production partners
• Follow industry insights and trends for assigned categories and share updates in department meetings

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8 year's qualifying experience in integrated marketing role at an activation agency or media company
• Demonstrated knowledge of luxury fashion industry
• Excellent strategic writer with strong packaging and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to give clear and on-brand art direction
