FC Diez

FC Diez Media is a commercial vehicle created to drive commercial growth and deliver innovative development strategies for CONMEBOL and its club competitions. FC Diez is 100% owned by IMG.

FC Diez Media holds responsibility for all global media rights sales and commercial consultancy across CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sudamericana and Recopa competitions, ranging from game presentation and competition formats to brand development and digital promotion. We were established at the start of 2018 and our goal is to elevate the CONMEBOL club competition products to world class standards and transform the digital experience for a global South American football audience.

Above all else is our love of football and belief that South American football represents the very best there is on offer. Our job is to bring that brand of football to the world, connecting a greater global audience than ever before.

Who You Are

FC Diez Media is looking for an energetic, competent, and experienced manager to assume the role of Digital Marketing Lead to strategically direct and enhance the overall digital content strategy for the assigned portfolio in Brazil.

Your expertise will be instrumental in providing leadership and direction to a team of content creators, developing and implementing innovative content initiatives, fostering and managing high-value digital partnerships, and utilizing data-driven insights to tailor and optimize digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Strategically direct and enhance the overall digital content strategy for the Sports portfolio assigned.
• Provide leadership and direction to a multifaceted team, nurturing talent and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Actively contribute to and implement long and mid-term strategies developed in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative content initiatives, encompassing organic, special, and branded content, to amplify league visibility and engagement.
• Foster and manage high-value digital partnerships with key industry players, including clubs, athletes, and influencers, to maximize brand reach and impact.
• Contribute with the digital transformation and strategic vision for social media channels, ensuring growth and alignment with evolving market trends.
• Utilize data-driven insights to tailor and optimize digital strategies across diverse audience segments through multiple digital channels.
• Drive the enhancement of existing processes while introducing new methodologies and tools for a streamlined content strategy and digital asset management.

You Will Have The Following Strengths
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding and deep knowledge of the international and Latin American football scene.
• Understanding of the Sports industry, creative content production, commercial and sponsorship dynamics in digital Marketing.
• Expertise in content management systems, social media tools, and digital advertising platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing strategies, and the latest digital marketing trends.
• Strong acumen in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Availability to travel often.
• Fluency in Spanish (a plus).
