• Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, prototypes, production-ready assets in alignment with the product's goals, usability and accessibility standards and brand.).
• Take ownership of design features autonomously and iterate on presentation and interaction to both look pixel-perfect and feel great.
• An eye for detail and visual composition with the ability to create visually stunning solutions in 2D and 3D (e.g. layouts, information organization, typography, color theory).
• Develop and maintain strong creative and collaborative partnerships across disciplines to help further develop the game experience and visual language.
• Find opportunities to improve implementation standards, process, and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate, rationalize, and empathize with user needs effectively.
• Be a mentor and foster a culture of growth and education within the XD team while being a champion for UX UI within the organization.
