Job Description
This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

As a QA Analyst you will work with the Quality Verification team to identify, report on, and achieve quality targets for projects. You will work with several other quality professionals in similar roles to help determine quality standards and achieve quality goals across many groups. You will report to the Development Manager.

You will focus on establishing a high-quality test strategy, which includes upstream testing to thwart the introduction of bugs in to the mainline branch game code, raising risks or dependencies that pose a threat to achieving game milestones and capturing qualitative and usability feedback - ensuring the highest caliber of quality for our titles.

Responsibilities:
• You will work with development, production and design teams to help promote a higher quality player experience through feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews
• Contribute to test planning and collaborate with partners and colleagues on the execution of testing activities
• Create test cases for assigned areas, ensuring that those are created according to the test strategy
• Help identify technical solutions and automation
• Help use available tools and document issues found
• Understand current process and workflow – guide improvements and knowledge sharing across the QA teams
• Create reports, status updates, and communicate with your team

Qualifications
• +2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance
• Understand the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of test tools, testing methodology and processes
• Understand data in analyzing the quality of a product
• Familiar with game platforms
• Problem-solver
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
