Role Overview
This position is a central partner and subject matter expert within a business unit of several game studios. As a Principal Product Manager, you will work across our studios to support teams on high-horsepower initiatives, driving both operational results and emergent slate and market strategies. Strong candidates will have a track record of achieving organizational results through advocacy and collaboration. This role advances as an expert Individual Contributor.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Studio GMs & PMs to understand metric performance and identify opportunity
• Identify, advocate, and drive for high-leverage initiatives across the organization
• Provide direct Strategic, Tactical, and Operational PM support to game teams on high-leverage initiatives and opportunities.
• Establish and drive reporting frameworks between Game Teams and Mobile Leadership
• As part of mobile leadership, validate and hold Studios accountable to performance targets
• Evaluate business performance and drive decision making at the slate (business unit) level
• Consistently speak truth to power - ensure our business strategies engage with operational reality
• Advocate good product and data practice across the organization
Required Skills/Personal Requirements
• Extensive experience in leadership as a Game PM in F2P Live Service games, ideally in titles generating >$10M/month
• Experience in managing at an organizational and/or co-development level
• Track record of building teams and developing talent, particularly in data-driven professions
• Fluency with cadence of business reporting, and a strong perspective on aligning organizational ownership and decision making
• Operational experience managing game economies and games-as-a-service operations, ideally of both mature and new-release titles
• High fluency with mobile market trends and Product Best Practices
• Experience collaborating with creative disciplines
• Ability to translate broad organizational objectives to on-the-ground priorities (and vice-versa)

Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
• $185,300 - $278,800 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
