Come join us! We're hiring a Player Policy Operations Specialist to join EA's Player Policy team.
The Player Policy Operations Specialist is focused on how we put our policy into operation. You understand EA's policies on disruptive user-generated content (UGC) and can translate them into an operational process. Your job is to make sure that our teams who enforce the policy have a process that makes it easy to make a decision and apply consistent enforcement actions to a player's feature or account access. You will work closely with our Fan Care content moderation and community management teams to ensure they have the information they need to review disruptive content when it appears in our games and services.
The Player Policy team is responsible for defining EA standards for positive player-to-player behavior-what is and is not allowed on EA platforms-to help players stay safe in-game and decrease disruption to others. These standards reflect EA's Positive Play Charter and player reports.
We are part of the Policy, Safety, and Inclusion (PSI) team that provides guidance, best practices, and product requirements to help EA keep its games and experiences welcome and safe for all players. We're in the Global Affairs organization and this position reports to the Senior Director of Player Policy.

• Improve the effectiveness of player policies by gathering feedback from internal users
• Investigate unique player cases and present recommendations for how EA should take action
• Work with manager to measure and understand how our policies are working for players and use that information to make the enforcement processes more clear
• Note: Due to the nature of online safety and our work in player policy, this role may need to review potentially sensitive or offensive topics.
