As a Live Operations Producer on FC, you will use your understanding of games, live services, and football/soccer to help maintain the best possible experience for our players while always thinking Player First. You will report to the Lead Producer within the FC Live Operations team.

Responsibilities:
• You will Identify opportunities to grow our live operations capabilities and tools and collaborate with multiple partner groups to take action on those opportunities.
• You will help build processes that use data and feedback to identify and solve problems for our players and our teams.
• You will build awareness within the development teams of what is happening in the game, and how our players are experiencing it.
• You will help define the long-term strategy for live operations in FC.
• You will be able to execute against day-to-day priorities as needed, such as:
• Working with our player community to identify problems and partner with our development teams on implementing solutions.
• Creating and releasing communications to our players to keep them informed about changes to the game, maintenance, and how the game works.
Qualifications:
• Technical skills
• 10+ years of expertise in the games industry that includes multiple product cycles and strong knowledge of Live Service game best practices.
5+ years of experience as a Producer working within the video game industry.
• 5+ years of influencing and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Soft skills
• You are influence-oriented, and excel at collaborating with others and guiding the collective group to the best action, decision, or result.
• You have empathy for our players and a desire to deliver them the best experience possible.
• You are a systems and 'wide view' thinker who can propose thoughtful solutions to complex problems.
• You are comfortable working in an environment with frequent context switching in the day-to-day, while still developing and delivering a long term plan.
• Other qualifications
• Support on-call work outside of standard working hours.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $107,600 - $147,100 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
