We are looking for a Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product to define, market, and support our free-to-play mobile gaming portfolio. As a Product Manager at Electronic Arts, you'll collaborate with teams to support the development and optimization of mobile games. You'll gain hands-on experience in the mobile gaming industry, enhancing user engagement and drive growth. Main responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking performance metrics, and driving live operations. You will learn and contribute to the dynamic world of mobile gaming at EA.

Responsibilities
• Research industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences to understand their features, monetization strategies, and market positioning
• Analyze player data and game metrics to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Live Content roadmap including sales and marketing, ensuring alignment with the product goals.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders to communicate product updates and performance.
• Organize and participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback on game features and usability.
• Help create and maintain detailed product documentation, including feature specifications and user stories.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in product management within consumer web, and e-commerce products
• Experience using Excel (can perform complex functions) or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to build dashboards and produce insights
• Experience in a B2C product management environment where your consumer is the priority
• Games industry experience is desirable with Mobile expertise as a plus
