EA's Enterprise Platform & Services (EPS) organization drives essential technology decisions and investments for EA on a global basis, across all divisions and studio teams. Technology and engineering leadership at EA is important to making the industry's best games and services. This includes: powering the services and platforms that inspire the world to play, securing our information and services that support fair play and customer trust, developing technology services that accelerate productivity and improve capabilities across the business.
Responsibilities
As a Director, EPS Strategic Partner Operations, reporting to the VP, EPS Operations, you will work with our most senior leaders in EPS, studios and marketing to ensure successful development of major new capabilities and launch readiness for strategic EA titles that ensure an incredible player journey for millions of players.
• Foster healthy partnerships between partner teams and EPS
• Share a breadth and depth of knowledge of EPSs products, service and technology capabilities.
• Develop an understanding of studio team game development processes.
• Align strategic planning priorities and maximize how partner teams can use the central EPS organization products and services.
• Facilitate collaboration and guide issue resolution.
• Lead technical projects that provide solutions to meet our needs
• Provide EPS-level insights into long-term partner strategic goals, partner health, risks and opportunities for partner engagement.
• Escalate issues for partner or EPS team issues.
Qualifications
• 7 years of product, program, or engineering management or related experience
• Experience with HD and mobile gaming industry, development, platforms, and ecosystems
• Experience working with executives and all levels of management
• Experience leading program reporting for teams and partners across complex organizations
• Experience with large-scale central technology capabilities and enough technical depth across these capabilities to assess risk and provide modern solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
