Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR)
Our diverse global team of experienced experts in the Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) program at EA works with our partners to provide for the safety and security of employees, assets, events, and guests through vigilance, prevention, and response.

As the Director of Risk & Resilience, you will report to the GPSR Sr. Director and lead teams of professionals engaged in assessing global physical security risks that could affect our business, conducting protective security intelligence and investigations, and lead certain crisis response efforts. You will guide the vision and shape the risk-based approach to physical security by having an understanding of global affairs, risk intelligence analysis, and our needs . You are a collaborator, comfortable leading, following, and influencing. Finally, you will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Your Responsibilities
• Drive the vision and implementation of EA's global threat intelligence collection, analysis, mitigation, and incident management strategy.
• Lead programs to forecast and gauge the relative impact of enterprise-wide physical threats and vulnerabilities to the company
• Lead teams with operational responsibilities for internal and external investigations of threats of violence, theft, vandalism, and investigative case management.
• Lead the workplace violence prevention program and the threat assessment team
• Lead crisis management and emergency response strategy and partner training
• Develop budgets and staffing models to include regular full-time employees and contracted services
• Identify end-to-end situational awareness and crisis management software tools
• Ensure compliance with the local, national, and international regulatory environments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lead the development of internal guidelines and processes to ensure the integrity of work products and the privacy of employees and external parties.
• Work cross-functionally to develop standardized metrics and service level agreements
• Set expectations for team members, provide mentorship and ensure accountability
• Build relationships with business leaders and internal and external industry and government partners
• Willingness to challenge status quo, innovate and introduce new ideas

Your Experience
• 10+ years related experience in security, law enforcement, or military in a similar role as a leader or individual contributor within a multinational corporate security team or in a similar government role
• 7+ years of experience leading people to include performance management, hiring, mentoring, and developing performance plans
• 5+ years working and collaborating with senior executives, peers, and stakeholders to develop solutions and gain agreement
• Core investigative and analytical skills specific to a corporate environment, and criminal reporting procedures
• Advanced understanding of workplace violence prevention principles, behavioral threat assessment, and mitigation methods
• Experience communicating with internal and external partners, providing verbal and written briefings
• Demonstrated experience developing, editing, and delivering professional communications using the English language

Education
• Bachelors or advanced degree(s) or combination of requisite experience and education.
• ASIS and ATAP affiliation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $167,300 - $259,300 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ : º $202,600 - $259,300 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $180,100 - $237,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $167,300 - $238,500 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $151,800 - $208,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
