The Challenge Ahead:
You will be working as part of the Global Commercial Organisation, where you will support the Global Demand Planning team on a day-to-day basis, assisting with various activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in planning to gain practical experience within the world's leading video games publisher.
What a Demand Planning Analyst does at EA:
• Validating sales data; tracking & reporting sales performances vs forecasts and prior years
• Building reports and occasional presentations to commercial stakeholders
• Managing forecasts for catalog titles
• Coordinating the collection of sales forecasts from European account teams
• Maintenance of promotional calendars and future release lists
• Supporting the Global Demand Planning team with ad-hoc analysis
The next great EA Demand Planning Analyst also needs to have:
• Graduate degree in business or related subject
• Ability to work and interpret data
• Analytical and commercial mindset
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal); Fluent in English
• Passion for video games
• Advanced Excel skills; Tableau and PowerBI skills are a bonus
