The Advanced Technology Group is part of the EA SPORTS Tech organization, focused on developing cutting edge game features and engine enhancements in close collaboration with game and engine dev teams. You will be part of a cross-functional team tackling a variety of technical challenges beginning from proof of concept to implementation for titles across EA. An essential priority for this group is to partner with the Frostbite team, our Game teams, and our central art team to create meaningful user facing experiences and innovative features.

As an ATG Associate Producer, you will be reporting to the ATG Producer and will focus on short-term deliverables and ensuring that the development team is focused on the right priorities based on the product vision. You will be responsible for helping to establish key deliverables and feature designs, driving the team towards a common goal, and ensuring the end-product meets requirements and achieves quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
• Work with ATG Producer and UX Designers to understand and drive product vision and priorities across the team.
• Review existing features and designs, and provide insight based on competitive analysis, community feedback, and an understanding of the industry and end-user experience.
• Collaborate on feature briefs and designs, and write user stories for products to be integrated across EA Sports titles.
• Manage relationships, priorities, and align deliverables with partner teams.
• Drive features from conception to completion with support from ATG Producer, UX Design Lead, Technical Lead, Technical Art Lead, and Development Directors.
• Partner with Production, UX, Tech Art, Engineering, and QV teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
• Assist other Producer in explaining and selling product vision and features to our team members and partners.
• Perform regular build reviews and ensure deliverables are aligned with product vision and quality, and redirect the team or escalate when necessary.
• Support ATG Producer with delegated tasks, and provide your own feedback and insight into decision making, planning, and designing features.

Your Qualifications:
• Experience in Game Production/Design with 4+ years of relevant experience delivering features from beginning to end.
• A passion for pioneering and innovation, encouraging others to consider different perspectives, and finding innovative solutions.
• Ability to maintain balance of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• An understanding of end-user experience and delivering high quality products.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and a broad understanding of their roles.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and creative skills to support development of industry leading features.
• A willingness to grow with mentorship and support.
• Experience in Research and Development, Technical Skills, Character Creators, and UX Design are a bonus but not a requirement.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
• $89,300 - $123,000 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
