Role:
Taking on a role as an associate environment artist in the team, you will work with the guidance and direction from group lead, create 3D assets to benchmark quality with proficient expertise in multiple category, provide help to peers on demand. You will report to the local group lead environment artist and this role is an 1-year fixed term temporary position.
Responsibilities:
• You will create assets following project benchmark and pipeline
• You will recreate basic real-world surfaces using industry standard PBR material creation tools.
• You will familiarize the general functionality of the game engine's system.
• You will work with lead and peers to produce low to high complexity task and deliver quality outcome.
• You will collaborate with team in multiple locations to ensure the content feature is delivered in the right direction, to the quality standards and meet timeline expectations.
Qualifications:
• Learn to adapt to new environments, production workflow, pipelines and directions
• Proficient and efficient with the entire game arts production 3D package (MAYA or MAX, SP)
• Have a general understanding knowledge of the PBR-based material surfaces
• Have a general understanding on hard surface production
