Associate Brand Manager, Partnerships & Licensing (Apex Legends)
Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic Associate Brand Manager with a track record in brand strategy and consumer product development. At EA, you will join a team that is shaping the global presence and influence of exciting franchises.
As Associate Brand Manager on Apex Legends, you will join a team focused on building the future of the Apex Legends brand through creative partnerships, consumer products, & entertainment experiences with cultural relevance. Your role will be to help to build upon a thoughtful partnerships & licensing strategy that creates meaningful connection and value for our players.

You will focus on strategy, operations and P&L, and creative development and to act as the primary contact between our team, and our internal and external clients.

The Associate Brand Manager, Brand & Franchise Development will report to the Director, Global Brand Management.
What you'll do:
• Develop brand-right partnerships to grow the Apex Legends brand and create relevancy, including evaluating fit, creative strategy, deal making, legal contracts, marketing, asset management, and business development.
• Manage daily workflow of product development + asset tracking / approvals including reviewing concepts and line lists, creative and design, and go-to-market plans, while communicating clear, directive feedback to partners.
• Deliver assets for consumer products, commercial offers, style guides and marketing updates according to overarching brand strategy and design system.
• Create standard practices, documents, and procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate status of ongoing deals, sales performance data, challenges, and opportunities to optimize performance to leadership.
• Track and share opportunities for growth and optimization across the brand development roadmap and P&L including products, integrations, and partnerships.
What you'll bring:
• Experience managing multiple, varied work streams and projects.
• Operate autonomously across multiple projects while communicating with your team, always looking for a way to push the work further for the Brand.
• A natural curiosity, asking smart questions to understand root issues, developing creative approaches and solutions to solve challenges.
• Understand performance drivers (including quantitative and qualitative data) and forecasting to increase execution across partnerships.
• In tune with contemporary gaming, internet, and youth culture trends.
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of Marketing experience with emphasis on partnerships or licensing.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $78,500 - $119,650
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $73,150 - $105,250
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $73,150 - $119,650
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $84,750 - $119,650
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $73,150 - $97,500
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
