Job Description
**This role is based in our Madrid office 4 days per week**
Join the Threatrical Studio team in Madrid to support the Trade Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the trade marketing strategy. You will be delivering campaigns with exhibitors, improving the visibility of Disney movie releases at cinemas across the market. Ultimately helping achieve the business goals for Studio Distribution by supporting the launch of all Disney theatrical releases. Such work will be done in coordination and close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as the exhibitors' marketing contacts.
Areas of Responsibility
• Distribution and coordination of advertising and promotional materials for cinemas (POS, AV materials, merchandising)
• Work with creative agencies on the campaigns assets (graphics, spots, logos)
• Work with vendors/suppliers in the execution of the plans (especially with printers)
• Collaborate with other lines of business in the organization of events in cinemas
• Update/Manage content of an official website for exhibitors
• Update/Manage content of digital screens at cinemas
• Prepare presentations about the campaigns of each title
• Prepare different types of reports: positioning of advertising materials and trailers in cinemas, impact of the marketing investment in the performance of the releases, analysis of market trends and competitors.
• Support the process of budget control and PO/Invoices follow up.
• Develop relationship with exhibitors to identify opportunities and needs of our clients and to provide information and materials of our movies.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
University Degree: Marketing/Business
2-3 years of experience in marketing/trade marketing positions (preferably in entertainment industry although not crucial)
