Job Description
The Marketing Supervisor will be one of a team of Studio marketing team, focused on implementing marketing strategies and 'best in class' campaigns for all Studio theatrical releases that drive titles awareness and affinity.

The main objectives of this role are to support the Marketing Manager based in Warsaw with emphasis on: helping to manage financial payments for assigned campaigns; strengthening relationships with affiliates that are assigned by the Marketing Manager; managing relationships with key partners/agencies internally and externally to gain economies of scale and increase efficiencies; maintain close relations with media partners and supervise and execute partnership campaigns agreed with them.
Other objectives are trade marketing (very close cooperation with exhibitors to support each Studio release) and supporting the Studio Publicity Manager.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week .

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

Studio Marketing
• Understand the attitudes and behaviours of our key audiences, where to connect with them, and how.
• Evaluate the competitive environment, applying insights to gain competitive advantage
• Provide full evaluations of all campaigns and recommendations for future releases
• Work with media partners, supervise and execute campaigns agreed with them to support theatrical releases.
• Direct market responsibilities include but not limited to support implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns assigned by marketing manager, write briefs, manage, creative and media agencies in the market for yearly agreed campaigns; strengthen relationships with key Studio media partners
• Closely cooperate with all exhibitors to support Studio releases providing them with all necessary assets and approve materials created
• Support Studio Publicity in maintaining contacts with all kinds of media, arranging promotional events and help in preparing Polish media for regional junkets.

Agencies and External Creative Houses
• Management of relationships with agencies and creative houses and premium vendors as required

The Experience & Skills We Require From You:
• Proven experience in Marketing and Promotion
• The ability to plan, organise, manage and analyse campaigns independently.
• Significant experience writing briefs, and managing media and creative agencies and budgets.
• Experience working with a range of markets would be helpful
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of SAP would help but is not essential as we will provide training.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and spoken Polish and English).
