Promotion Coordinator

The Promotion Coordinator will be responsible to provide administrative, programming, and asset management support. This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure creative on-air content development. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, possess organizational and communication skills to support various aspects of programming, talent relations, marketing, budgets, and logistics. The position reports directly to the SVP Promotion & Partnership Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Partnership Management:
Build and sustain exceptional working relationships with various internal & external partners – includes Finance, Concerts, Business Affairs, Branded Marketing Teams, SiriusXM, Artists and Management, plus various Radio partners
• Programming & Content Support:
Collaborates internally to help manage creative content and programming strategies for the SiriusXM Disney Hits and Disney Junior channels. Provide creative ideas and hands-on support for all programming, includes but not limited to Be Our Guest, Extra Magic Hour, Vault Disney, Tunes Behind Toons, and special programming like Lion King and Broadway Anniversaries.
• Talent Relations:
Oversee and manage talent relations for booked celebrity hosts across various programs, ensuring a smooth experience for both talent and internal teams
• Asset Management:
Route all programming assets (wav files, artwork, schedules etc.) for approvals, maintain archive of assets, and ensure all materials are updated and properly stored for easy access
• Reporting & Metrics:
Collect weekly and monthly radio performance metrics (rotations, releases, weekly charts, radio adds) and provide regular updates to SVP and President
• Marketing Budget Management:
Administer marketing budgets and actively participate in quarterly budget planning meetings to maintain financial accountability and responsibility. Submit invoices for processing, handle all new vendor setups
• Promotion Team Support:
Provide administrative support to Promotion team, in addition to Executive support for SVP and VPs (managing schedules, business travel, calendars, expense reports)

Minimum Requirements
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, assets, and budgets efficiently
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Teams
• Passion for Music and Artists, with an understanding of Disney's brand values and audience

Preferred qualifications:
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Music/Entertainment industry experience
• Experience in talent relations

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $48,500 - $65,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
