We are an in-house media team at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, working across Theatrical, Streaming Content, In Home, Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a passion for film and entertainment, and who is looking to grow their career in media planning and strategy. While the job does require some administrative components, we are also eager to expose the individual to all aspects of media planning and different departments within the broader marketing team.

Responsibilities
• Provide overall administrative support for SVP and VPs (2)
• Internal and external meeting coordination, including logistics/preparation/invitations/materials for the above-mentioned executives
• Weekly preparation of materials, to be organized and distributed in partnership with SVP and VPs
• Help coordinate the tracking and delivery of assets and/or creative materials
• Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc
• Book travel arrangements in a timely manner
• Preparation of all business-related expenses ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner
• Order supplies/materials and process invoices where necessary using SAP
• Ad hoc preparation of PowerPoint/Keynote decks
• Supports departmental projects as needed, such as team event planning

Basic Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to assure successful interaction with executives and colleagues
• Detail oriented with superior organization skills.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive outlook

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred
• Proficient/Advanced in MS Office – specifically in Excel & PowerPoint (and/or Keynote)
• Proficient in PC and MAC
• SAP Experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300 to $66,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
