About the Role & Team

An opportunity has become available for a Marketing Coordinator to join Disney and support our EMEA Regional Marketing team in strategy development and multi-phase reporting (including pre-launch, in-campaign and post-campaign analysis) for dynamic and innovative Theatrical & Streaming Studio Content Marketing campaigns across The Walt Disney Studios' brand portfolio: Disney, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation, Marvel Studios, LucasFilm and 20th Century Studios. In key role you would be collaborating with multiple team members to ensure consistently smooth operation of EMEA Regional Studio Marketing processes and Ways of Working.

What You Will Do

MARKETING (90%)
• Support EMEA Regional Marketing team in developing and communicating strategic guidance for Theatrical and DTC (Streaming) Studio Content, coordinating as the need arises with relevant members of the Studio team (London-based and in local markets), cross-company and external agencies.
• Build & manage relationships with counterparts within EMEA Studio Marketing functions and The Walt Disney Company cross-company peers for alignment and fluid communication in an integrated structure.
• Assist in crafting EMEA regional campaign reports & presentations – including gathering and collating information from London-based Studio Marketing functions and local market teams – for internal reporting to Burbank-based Global / Int'l Studio Marketing team and London-based business leadership.
• Support team in coordinating EMEA idea generation, including preparation for brainstorm sessions and acting as point-person for share-out of notes and actions.
• Work with relevant members of the Regional Marketing and Insights teams to undertake detailed post-campaign analysis including assisting with preparation of presentations.
• Assist with planning and delivery of internal screenings and special events (e.g. presentations and top-to-top meetings), including content requests, submitting approval requests and providing progress updates.
• Maintain digital archiving systems for ongoing storage of and day-to-day accessibility to campaign plans, budgets and other reporting documentation.
• Support strong and consistent communications between EMEA Regional Marketing team, Global / International Studio team (Burbank) and EMEA local markets.
• Attend relevant training as the need arises.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (10%)
• Administrative support for VP Studio Marketing EMEA (x2)
• Diary & meeting management (scheduling, room bookings, agenda comms & minutes)
• Travel planning, booking & support
• Expenses & Marketing Dept P-Card reconciliation

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Some experience delivering in marketing role in film or entertainment sector
• Proven knowledge and understanding of multifaceted marketing functions & elements
• Proven skills in presentation building (incl. Powerpoint and Keynote)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
• Highly organised with clear attention to detail
• Great teammate
• Strong proficiency and experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
• Theatrical experience and/or passion for film preferable
