The Influencer Marketing team oversees the strategy and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns to amplify digital marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Studios (and wider TWDC). Our Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution teams lead full-service, 360-marketing solutions partnering with relevant, brand safe influencers for various activations – custom content, premieres, experiential events, mailers, etc. U sing industry best practices and innovative strategies, this team is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.
Job Summary:
As part of the wider Influencer Marketing team, the Influencer Marketing Associate Manager will work closely with the Manager, Influencer Marketing to support the execution of Disney Entertainment's influencer marketing campaigns. This role will be heavily focused on the logistical and tactical details of pre and post-c ampaign execution which include communicating with influencers, tracking posts , creating talent/campaign pitch decks, and maximizing efficiency of campaign execution . This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing, helping to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
They will also be pivotal in assisting critical processes during the contracting and campaign execution process by maintaining uniform and streamlined communication between internal stakeholders (brand partners, legal, clearances, Contingent Workforce Management, and 3rd party platform partners ).
Responsibilities include:
• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with campaign
objectives and goals.
• Support campaign workflow s for all activations across Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign execution
• Manage Disney's creator onboarding process and respond to inquiries to expand Disney's collaboration with a diverse range of influencers
• Identify influencers for campaigns and modify external-facing talent lists, creative strategy pitch decks, etc.
• Draft and send communication, manage correspondence, and develop wrap reports at the end of campaigns
• Facilitate Disney influencer onboarding approvals and vetting process required for independent contractor influencer hires .
• Support on- site at events such as conventions, premieres, marketing stunts, set visits, etc. Domestic and/or international t ravel may be required .

Ops team to initiate and complete vendor setups and payment s .
• Support Creative Strategy team to build out and design campaign pitch decks for executive review .
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years' experience at a studio, brand
or agency with a focus on influencer marketing, influencer relations, PR, or digital marketing
• Proven track record working with influencer talent (digital and/or traditional) and talent representatives. Ideally has relationships or experience fostering relationships with talent management teams (agents, managers, publicists) across different industries.
• Experience with and knowledge of short-form video platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. Familiarity with back-end publishing and platform analytics tools ( i.e. metrics, paid media).
• Experience working with legal and finance partners to facilitate contracting and vendor payments.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, able to strategize marketing initiatives while navigating changing digital landscapes and influencer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communicator and collaborator able to manage programs with teams of diverse working and communication styles.
• Organized and strong project manager able to execute multiple projects simultaneously with high level of attention to detail.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $89,000 to $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
