How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
• Manage and arrange day-to-day calendar management, scheduling, agendas, calls and meetings
• Manage the daily calendar arrangements. Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries and handle expense reports with related areas.
• Perform administrative and area support including preparation, writing/consolidation of weekly/monthly reports, Purchase Orders, T&E control and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage the relationship with AMEX Global Travel.
• Maintain professionalism and exercise discretion when interfacing with direct reports and other areas.
• Plan, organize and implement department events, meetings, and employee meeting activities or special projects.
• What we need from you to be part of this story:
• Required experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint, Keynote and Outlook.
• Advanced level of english.
• Experienced execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
