Designer (ESPN on Disney+): 12-month contract

ESPN is a division of The Walt Disney Company, and is the world's leading sports entertainment company with a mission to serve sports fans. ESPN Australia operates the ESPN and ESPN2 subscription television sports channels, along with one of Australia's leading digital sports networks comprising ESPN.com.au, ESPNcricinfo and ESPNfootytips.

ESPN Australia holds an extensive portfolio of premium sports rights including the NBA, NFL, MLB and UFC, along with Australia's NBL and WNBL basketball leagues.

Disney+ has announced the expansion of its entertainment offering with ESPN sports programming coming to Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand. With this, we are on the search for a Designer who brings a deep understanding of sports culture, fan engagement, and design expertise to craft assets that resonate with Australian and New Zealand sports fans.

You will enjoy this role if you are conceptually minded and can think through ideas and transforming thoughts into action-driven creative solutions. You are as comfortable following a brief as you are drawing on your own creativity or others to help take projects to that next level. You show a high degree of initiative and excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
