Job Description
Coordinator, Int'l Marketing

A dedicated, dynamic marketing coordinator with a passion for entertainment, a strong understanding of Film and Streaming landscape and an interest in International Marketing is needed for the Disney International Marketing Team. The job is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that requires organization, planning ability, communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task across a number of different projects. The position will support the broader International Marketing team in coordinating and helping execute Marketing campaigns around the world for a wide variety of exciting film and streaming projects.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all information related to International campaigns for films and streaming projects; including strategy decks, scripts, weekly reports, assignment charts, campaign timelines and calendars, etc.
• Coordinate with colleagues in global marketing teams like Strategy, Research, Creative, Digital, Publicity, Media as well as Global Distribution Team to ensure latest information and reports are brought into International Strategy process
• Serve as primary point of coordination for filmmaker presentations. Manage templates, timelines and content collation across International markets. Liaise with other global marketing teams to ensure international content is reviewed in a timely manner
• Track and organize pre-release screenings of Studio content for the international Marketing teams
• Serve as traffic coordinator for all inbound requests coming to International Marketing team and other LOB/segments within the company
• Provide meeting prep and international territory call prep for both Executives and Managers; take meeting / call notes, circulate post-meeting/call notes and recaps and ensure information is reflected on internal databases as needed.
• Coordinate cross-departmental brainstorm sessions for key tentpole projects, including booking location and A/V support, organizing agenda
• When required, oversee transfers of sensitive and confidential material, enforcing security protocols when necessary
• Calendar management and scheduling for VP, International marketing
• Travel bookings and expense management for VP, International marketing
• Other projects as assigned.

Required experience:
• Prior experience in entertainment related field, film marketing preferred
• Experience participating in campaigns in the entertainment field
• High level capacity to be a strong communicator, collaborator, and influencer across teams
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in a fast-paced creative environment
• Candidate MUST have advanced knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint with high proficiency in Mac iOS

Preferred Qualifications
• Respond to tasks given with urgency, in both day-to-day and high pressure situations
• Represent team in a cordial, professional manner when working with international marketing teams, executives, and filmmakers, as well as business unit contacts and external partners
• Have excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Effectively problem solve using resources available, exercising good judgement and discretion
• Proven competency in general administrative skills including: excellent typing and spelling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for meeting requests and calendaring
• Highly detail-oriented and organized; comfortable working with large data sets, as needed
• Technologically savvy and able to organize information using Excel and/or Google Documents; Comfortable experimenting with alternate workflows and evaluating process design to suggest ways of improving high volume / high information intensity processes
• Team player - willing to work with staff at all levels in support of the Global Marketing team both in Burbank and abroad
• Friendly, easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignments.
• Ability to work overtime when special projects dictate.
• Positive can-do attitude; a self-starter who can independently manage small projects and know when to flag issues or potential challenges in a timely manner.
• Interested in International Entertainment marketing

Education
• Bachelor's degree minimum. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300 - $66,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $51,300 to $66,300 Per Year ($ USD)
