Dick Clark Productions: Talent Associate
Dick Clark Productions (dcp), the world's largest producer and proprietor of televised live event entertainment programming, is hiring a Talent Associate who will be part of a cross-functional, talent-first team working on the organization's portfolio of events which includes Golden Globe Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, American Music Awards, Streamy Awards, Billboard Music Awards and New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
We are looking for a Talent Associate who has worked with talent in entertainment, who can support the talent department in all aspects from ideas to arrival. We are looking for someone sharp, resourceful, organized and overall, just really on it. We are looking for a self-starter who can generate informed ideas, loves music and is up to date on pop culture.
As part of PMC's paid healthcare plan, the company pays 100% of the monthly health, dental and vision plan premiums for the employee and their family.
Responsibilities may include:
• Track talent approvals, outgoing offers and incoming pitches
• Create and maintain Film & TV release date documents
• Research details and draft offer letters
• Support Talent Team in the researching, booking and arrivals of talent
• Schedule meetings
• Maintain and circulate talent updates
• Track down talent contact information
• Attend all talent events to help with talent arrivals and reps etc..
• Request and track talent assets across all shows
• Generate meeting notes
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Typical wage range: $70k - $80k. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
