Senior Financial Analyst
Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and corporate consolidation of Deluxe. This position will be located in Burbank, CA
Job Duties
• Assist in developing robust short-term and long-term forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Credit Profile) to help shape future expectations for the company.
• Manage date integrity across all utilized platforms. Enhance data sourcing and quality: integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Support the coordination and submission of the month end close, full P&L quarterly forecasts and mid-month flashes.
• Support the coordination and submission of the P&Ls annual budget process, as well as working closely with the regional finance team on balance sheet and cash flow budgets.
• Provides financial analysis of actuals versus forecasts and potential opportunities, including analysis of key financial indicators and drivers of underlying performance that provide financial and business insight to senior management.
• Manage the CAPEX and Capitalized Labor tracking.
• Provide accurate and timely financial statements, reports, result/variance explanations and presentations for management.
• Supports and maintains on-going process improvements to drive efficiencies.
• Assist management in preparation of meetings and budget review meetings.
• Perform various ad hoc analytics related to operational and financial performance.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
• MBA a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or divisional financial planning and analysis with heavy focus on spreadsheet creation and data management.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. SAP and SPA BPC a plus.
• Quick learner and excellent work ethics.
• Self-starter – excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
